Rove + Vow Workshop

Back in March, I had the honor of attending one of Tiffany from Ink & Opal Co.'s Rove and Vow Workshops. This inspiring event was hosted at the stunning Pinecrest Northwoods Lodge, nestled just outside of Marquette. The setting couldn't have been more perfect, with the lodge's rustic charm and serene surroundings providing a beautiful backdrop for the workshop.

The focus of the workshop was primarily on videography, and it was incredible to see Tiffany and other talented videographers in action, capturing the essence of love and connection between couples. However, as a photographer, I couldn't resist the urge to snap a few frames myself.

One of the most memorable aspects of the workshop was the couple who modeled for us. Their effortless love and chemistry were evident in every moment, making them a joy to photograph. Despite the chilly weather and gusty winds, they were true troopers, embracing the elements and making the shoot feel authentic and heartfelt.

The Pinecrest Northwoods Lodge added a touch of magic to the entire experience. Its rustic architecture and natural surroundings created a cozy, intimate atmosphere that perfectly complemented the theme of the workshop. Every corner of the lodge seemed to whisper stories of romance and adventure, inspiring us all to capture those fleeting moments of genuine connection.

Although my primary focus was on learning and observing the art of videography, I managed to snag a few frames that I feel truly encapsulate the spirit of the day. These photos are a testament to the incredible talent and dedication of everyone involved, from the workshop organizers to the models who braved the elements with grace and poise.

Attending the Rove and Vow Workshop was a reminder of the power of collaboration and creativity. It was a privilege to be surrounded by such passionate and talented individuals, all working together to create something beautiful. I left the workshop feeling inspired and grateful for the opportunity to learn from the best and to capture moments that will be cherished for a lifetime.

If you ever get the chance to attend one of Tiffany's workshops, I highly recommend it. The experience is not only educational but also deeply enriching, offering a unique perspective on the art of capturing love in all its forms. Until then, I hope these few frames from that chilly March day at Pinecrest Northwoods Lodge will give you a glimpse into the magic that unfolded.
