We had the honor of documenting Derrek's proposal to Aliah early this June. Although the weather was expected to be chilly and overcast, it turned out to be a sunny and warm day on the beach. Oliver, their wonderful corgi, was there to share the moment. Derrek's heartfelt words and the stunning setting on the shores of Lake Superior made the proposal unforgettable.

Back in March, I had the honor of attending one of Tiffany from Ink & Opal Co.'s Rove and Vow Workshops. This inspiring event was hosted at the stunning Pinecrest Northwoods Lodge, nestled just outside of Marquette. The setting couldn't have been more perfect, with the lodge's rustic charm and serene surroundings providing a beautiful backdrop for the workshop.
