Aliah + Derek Wetmore Landing Proposal

We had the honor of documenting Derek's proposal to Aliah early this June. Although the weather was expected to be chilly and overcast, it turned out to be a sunny and warm day on the beach. Oliver, their wonderful corgi, was there to share the moment. Derek's heartfelt words and the stunning setting on the shores of Lake Superior made the proposal unforgettable.

Derrek and Aliah met at Northern Michigan University, where their love blossomed. Both share a deep passion for animals: Derek is a zookeeper downstate, while Aliah works with dogs in Marquette.
